To be setup with us, we will require:
- Active MC and US Dot Number
- Company contact information.
- ‘Satisfactory’ or ‘Unrated’ Safety Rating from DOT
- Valid Certificate of Insurance with minimum
- $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
- $100,000 Cargo Coverage
- Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)
- Submit electronic W-9
- Complete the Carrier Agreement
